Studio clearance on Rue Saint-Jacques, near Notre-Dame, Paris

We helped a client clear her mother’s second home, a studio apartment on Rue Saint-Jacques near Notre-Dame in Paris. The aim was to remove the belongings and prepare the studio for future tenants.

Third floor without a lift and limited parking

The studio was on the third floor without a lift, so the furniture and boxes had to be carried using the stairs. Parking nearby was difficult; we planned ahead and parked close to the building the day before.

We removed approximately 400 kg of furniture and other items. The client appreciated the speed of the work and the care taken with the clearance.
